E. Pat Foster offers three summer cottages and one winterized home (all Chalet
style) for your vacationing pleasure. Strategically located near the center of
Mount Desert Island in Somesville and Hall Quarry they are close to everything
on the island. 
#1 Vacation Winter /
Spring / Summer / Fall on Mount Desert Island
"Foster Pine Chalet" is a private Somesville home located off Route 198, in
the Somes Sound area of Mount Desert Island. Centrally located on several acres
of mountainous woodland, 1/2 mile from the historic village of Somesville and about 15 minutes from Bar Harbor. The upper level has 2 bedrooms, full bath with laundry, fully applianced kitchen,
including range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and the usual small
appliances.
| Sliding doors off the living-dining room lead to a wide private upper deck. The inside stairway leads to a lower level with a separate kitchen, more living space, 2 bedrooms, bath with shower and lower deck. Fireplace (gas logs), FHA furnace, linens, dishes, phone, TV, VCR. |  |

#2 Acadia Pines Chalets
These three cottages on 7 acres, each privately situated on over 2 acres, are
located in Hall Quarry just south of Somesville on Route 102. Near Echo Lake and
Somes Sound, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Each chalet has an open living-dining room with cathedral ceiling,
kitchen with range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Linens, blankets,
dishes, TV, VCR, phone, full bath with tub-shower.
