Enjoy your vacation on Mount Desert Island in your own cottage close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. All of our cottages are on the water, either on the ocean in Bass Harbor or on Hodgdon Pond. The entire eastern side of the pond is owned by Acadia and is totally undeveloped.
Acadia National Park has some of the most beautiful hikes and views on the East Coast. The Park also offers nature walks, naturalist cruises and lectures. Golf on three island courses; sailing, swimming, and fishing; concerts, plays, art galleries, church fairs, interesting shops - all these, and more, are nearby for your enjoyment. Bar Harbor is a short drive from any of our cottages.
