Seagull is a three bedroom cottage, all facing Frenchmans Bay, to Mt. Desert Island…Bar Harbor…Acadia National Park. Fourth bedroom and extra full bathroom available as lock-out, in-laws, etc. also available for extra.
A sliding glass door now leads from the downstairs bedroom to an 8' x 12' deck.
There is a breath taking view that waits each morning
There is a gas-log fireplace in the living room, which opens thru french doors to a closed -in porch with a full view to the mountains and the bay.
The kitchen has a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot, toaster-oven, dishwasher, etc. Fully equipped. All you need is food.
The bathroom: Full tub/shower. There is also an extra flush just off the master bedroom.
