The rocky coast of Maine - with its beautiful, clear, cold water - is home to the best lobster in the world - luscious Maine Lobster! Caught live by local fishermen in and around the bays surrounding Mt Desert Island and brought in daily to our saltwater pound. At the Maine Luau we cook lobster the way it's supposed to be cooked, straight out of the pot - hot, succulent, and plentiful.
