Join Captain Karl for a sail aboard the 1899 Friendship Sloop Alice E. Originally used for lobster fishing on the Maine coast, Alice is the oldest Friendship Sloop still sailing. Now she offers the best day-sailing on the island. Half day charters include an appetizer and soft drinks as we explore Somes Sound Fjord, Bear Island Lighthouse and the Cranberry Islands. See and learn about seals, porpoise and osprey from the quiet sloop with only six passengers on each sail.
